If you’ve got here it means you want a compressor for the air conditioning inside your vehicle. I am not offering you such thing, I have no compressor for sale, but I have a warning: DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS from any website with the name „compressor-express” (there are a few websites in different countries with this name) and do not trust Glomark International Trade and Services Deposit Company (the company behind the websites). I had a very bad experience with them, they are not trust worthy.

As you already know, no business can work without people. It does not matter how much the thechnology have evolved in the last decades, how important the computers and the machines have become, you still need people to operate them, to act and to manage the information. But that can be also a problem, even a security risk to your company, when the misundersting and other problem created by the human interactions occur.
These problems always happen sooner or later, that’s why business managers spend such amount of time identifying and managing the security risks. There are a lot of risks when security is involved, but the company’s employees are the biggest threat.
Why? Well, there are several reasons for that.
Etichete:casual, casual staff, casual worker, employee, employer, employers, permanent staff, rights, staff, temporary employees, temps, treat
According to “Webster’s New Law Dictionary”, a casual staff member is one who is “an employee of less than full-or part-time status; an occasional or temporary employee”. Empolyers are looking for temporary employees (temps) to fill in the gaps when the permanent employees are missing (away for business or ill), so the casual staff ofter cover the full time and part time staff in many and different capacities.
One of the most common and important problem all over the world is that employers consider mainly the temporary part of peoples jobs: the employers know the casual staff is going to be replaced sooner than later and they try to exploit them as good as they can. They often don’t offer any benefits of job security for their temps, considering that if the staff don’t like the conditions there are many others that can easily replace them.

According to the definition, empowerment is the process of enabling or authorizing an individual to think, behave, take action and control work and decision making in autonomous ways. Its main effect is the creation of a work environment in wich people are productive, contributing and, why not, happy. As a business manager you can choose either to control everything in the company (doable when it’s a small business, impossible in large company) or to trust your employee to do the right thing when they are empowered.
Share goals and directions
People always act better when they know what to do and where they have to get based on their actions. As a business manager, or, at least, with a position in management, you know what are the trends and where all should reach by the next few months… so share the most important goals and directions for your group. When it is possible mark in a way visible for everyone the progress on the goals that are measurable and observable.
